To start with 100 unique visitors a day is not bad at all. If you look at it this way - Your brick and mortar shop gets 100 potential buyers every day. Are they buying ?
You will have to work on conversion. You need to convert a substantial number of these visitors into actual buyers. Work on the usability of the site.
Learn more about how visitors find you and what motivates them to buy. Once you get the answers to these questions you might well be on the way to adding more to your visitor
